Curse Of Lycanthropy - Ape Image

Controlled Transformation: Once per short rest on a bonus action you can turn to an ape at your any time of your choice. This controlled state lasts for up to an hour.

Uncontrolled Transformation: Once you drop below a quarter of your hit points or a full moon you must make a wisdom saving throw or go into an uncontrolled transformation. In this state you are an unconscious being overtaken by the furious beast within and act accordingly. Pleads to the being within can lead to additional wisdom saving throws but the DC will increase by 2 every failed attempt. This uncontrolled state will last for 10 minutes in the case of low hit points and the rest of the Night in the case of a full moon. Being knocked unconscious will revert you to your base form.

Apes Grace: Gain advantage on acrobatics checks.

Apes Strength: While in bestial form you get a +5-strength modifier and advantage on strength saving throws and athletic checks. You are also proficient with great weapons only while in a controlled state.

Tough Hide: While in bestial form you have resistance to slashing, bludgeoning, and piercing damage.

Lycan Magical Resistance: While is bestial form you have advantage against magical effects.

Primal Rage: While in bestial form at the start of your melee attack roll you can choose to attack with reckless abandon. You gain advantage but the next attack roll against you has advantage as well.

Bonus Action Unarmed Blow: 1d8 Bludgeoning Damage + Strength modifier (While in bestial form) 

Two handed Slam Attack: 2d8 Bludgeoning Damage + Strength modifier (While in bestial form) 

Bite Attack:1d12 piercing damage + Strength modifier (While in bestial form) If target doesn't die, they must make a constitution saving throw of 16 or be infected with the curse of lycanthropy on next full moon.
