Dueling Master

You've learned to put the speed of a weapon to your advantage, letting its quickness empower your strikes. You gain the following benefits when you are wielding a melee weapon with which you are proficient and no other weapons or a shield:

• On your turn, when you take the Attack action with a finesse weapon, you can make one melee attack with that weapon as a bonus action.
• When a hostile creature that you can see moves out of your reach and you use your reaction to make a melee attack with a finesse weapon, you can make one additional melee attack with the same weapon against the target as part of the reaction.
