As Sulyvahn's life is being provided by the amulet he can draw upon it's icy powers as well, using his own soul as a catalyst. Granting him various meta-magic effects as well as spells that he can cast at the expense of hit points. But be careful as the hit point cost will increase drastically if you don't long rest.
- Sulyvahn can activate each of his Soul-burn abilities and cast each of his Soul Catalyst spells once after a long rest and reduce the hit point die cost to a d4.
- Activating more than 2 unique Soul-Burns per long rest will add 1d6 per unique Soul-Burn to the hit point cost.
- Activating multiple Soul-Burn Abilities in one instance will cause 1d4 damage per additional Soul-Burn.
- Activating a Soul-Burn on a Soul Catalyst spell will cause 1d4 damage per spell level.
