Over the years you have done your best to cut out magical waste and now you can harness the byproducts into something beautiful. Whenever you cast a spell above the first level, you may generate one random experimental elixir in addition to your spell. This splash elixir appears in a quick pocket on the side of your backpack and can be thrown at a target of of your choice. This free elixir does not benefit from your Restorative Agents class feature.
