Prerequisite: Must be in a location identified in your character's backstory.
This Feat only grants a one-time use of "I Know This Person" in locations listed in your backstory. It allows you to tell the DM that an NPC is actually someone you know from your backstory. You may, at any time, tell the DM "I Know This Person" when interacting with an NPC and describe how you know each other (childhood friends, hometown rivals, secret crush, etc.). That becomes canon and the NPC will act accordingly.
This is a single-use feat.
