Throat Strike

A swift unarmed or monk weapon strike to an enemy's throat. Dealing 1d4 + strength or dexterity modifier, and  silencing the enemy for 2 turns. Cost one action and one Ki point to use. A suckerpunch, the first time using Throat Strike on an enemy the attack is rolled with advantage to hit, all following attempts to use Throat Strike on that same enemy are rolled with disadvantage to hit. Available at Monk Level 5. Target must have a throat.
