Blood Pact Infusion

As a devout follower of the Valrakoth, you gain the ability to infuse your spells with the raw power of sacrificial blood. When you cast a damaging spell that deals necrotic, you can choose to expend hit points equal to your cleric level. For each hit point expended in this way, the damage of the spell increases by 2. Additionally, you regain hit points equal to half the total damage dealt by the spell.
