Saying you believe in yourself is an understatement, you know you have the upper hand.
You now have the ability to gain confidence dice, which can be added to any roll you make. Your confidence dice are d12s. There is no limit to the number of confidence dice you may use on a single roll, but you must declare use of confidence dice before you make the roll. You gain one confidence die whenever you roll a natural 20 on an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw. You can have any number of confidence dice at a time, but you lose any accumulated dice whenever you finish a long rest. Additionally, your confidence bolsters your toughness. Whenever you finish a long rest, you gain a number of temporary hit points equal to your level.
