Prerequisite: Sorcerer, Draconic Bloodline
Your draconic bloodline evinces itself more fully in your physical features. Your scales thicken, and your physique develops, but this hampers your movement somewhat. You also gain retractible claws, and can use them as a dragon would (2 claw attacks per round)
* Increase your Strength or Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
* The natural armor you gained from your bloodline is enhanced. Increases your unarmored AC from 13 +Dex modifier to 15 +Dex modifier.
* You grow retractable claws, which require no action to extend or retract, gaining 2 claw attacks, which can be used for unarmed strikes. (1d4 +Str modifier ea)
* However, due to the changes in your physique you take a penalty of -1 to your Dex

Posted Mar 19, 2024My goal with this feat was to tap into some of the flavor from the 3.0/3.5 Dragon Disciple prestige class, where you lost some magical ability, but leaned into your draconic bloodline more fully. The buff and debuff were an attempt to balance, while also staying true to a little of the power progression of an actual dragon; they gain power and durability as they age, but lose some agility (or did in older versions of the game, I should read their current progression, but am just finally dipping my toes into 5e).
