Through extensive personal physical training, you have learned to draw upon your body's inner strength in ways that make you more effective in fast-paced martial combat. This strength is Monk-like in nature. You can use Dexterity instead of Strength for the attack and damage rolls of your unarmed strikes, and you can roll a d4 in place of the normal damage of your unarmed strike. Also, while you are wearing no armor and not wielding a shield, you gain the following benefits:
- Add +1 to your AC. Also, your speed increases by 5 feet.
- When you use the Attack action with an unarmed strike, or a monk weapon (a shortsword or any simple melee weapon that doesn't have the two-handed or heavy property) that you are proficient with, you can make one unarmed strike as a bonus action.
- During your turn, you can take the Dodge, Disengage or Dash action as a bonus action. Your jump distance is also doubled during that turn. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
