Charges equal to proficiency bonus.
As a player you may choose to sacrifice your characters actions to create and implement a plan For your characters actions. this feat comes from years of training in combat. What this mechanically means is that you can choose to give up your actions, anything from your reaction, to your bonus action, to all of them for that round, the benefit to this is you can then describe a serious of actions that could range from so much as leading the enemy into a premade pitfal trap, to just to a series of hand to hand combos with the enemy to maybe try to set up either yourself or someone else to land a critical hit.
After either describing these actions to your DM or even just giving them a vague idea of what you want to do, asking them to think of something for you. You're dm will then think up rolls for both difficult and damage if nessecary for whatever it is you are attempting to do.There are Four actions you may give up, and these actions correspond to what you will be rolling, in order to beat whatever it is the Dm sets the DC as for your actions to come. These actions are as follows, Attack action, Bonus action, movement action, Reaction. The way these actions correspond to you dice roll are as seen below. A thing to take into account when thinking about the actions you use for this feat, is that in order to maximise your chances of your plan succeeding it is best to think about what actions correspond best with what it is you actually plan on doing, for instance. If you are looking for max damage in a plan always make sure to use your attack action for said plan.
