Thrown weapon adept

You've learned to best visualise and manipulate the arc of a throw. You gain the following benefits:

• The effective range of your thrown weapon attacks is doubled (e.g. 20ft is now 40ft) while the maximum range increases by 50% (e.g. 60ft is now 90ft)

• Your thrown weapon strikes are considered magical for overcoming resistances and immunities.

• Before you make a Strength based attack with a thrown weapon that you are proficient with, you can choose to take a -3 penalty to the attack roll. If the attack hits, you add +3 to the attack's damage.
