Crests of Fódlan (Flames)

The Crest of the goddess who governs the world.  

When making a weapon attack and rolling a natural 20 to hit (increased to 19 or 20 if crest is Major), roll a number of d4 equal to your proficiency bonus. Recover that much HP (this is not temp hp). At the same time, roll 1d20. On a 17 or higher, the following affects apply for this turn:

• Add your proficiency bonus to your damage
• If you have enough movement remaining, you may leave your target's area of threat without provoking an opportunity attack. This affect ends at the end of the turn it is activated on (meaning if you were planning to use two-weapon fighting, and this affect activated on your first attack, you can still use your bonus action attack and the leave if you so wish).
