Dubious Encyclopedic Mind

Your mind has forcefully been expanded after being subjected to tremendous magical force. This could be a magical device, contact with an Aboleth or other. You’re now a treasure trove of information, but not all of it comes from reputable sources. You gain the following benefits:

• Your Intelligence score increases to 19 if it's lower. If it is the same or higher there is no effect.
• You gain expertise on the History Skill if you don't have it. 
• You gain proficiency in Arcana, History, Nature and Religion if you don't have them. 
•  You can accurately recall anything you have seen or heard within the past month.

However due to the trauma left by the process you also have the following drawbacks.

1. Your Wisdom score is reduced to 6 if it is higher. If it is the same or lower there is no effect.
2. When you use an ability check that uses arcana, history, religion or nature, you may either roll a straight intelligence check or choose to access the information in your mind. If you choose the second you get one of the following options, determined by a hidden roll by the DM.
   • The correct answer.
   • The correct answer and an erroneous answer, without a way to differentiate which is which.
   • An erroneous answer that sounds valid.
3. You gain the following flaws. These replace any flaws that are contrary to them.
   1. "I am easily distracted by irrelevant information at random times."
   2. "I struggle to pick up on social cues, often not realizing how I come across to people."
