Claustrophobic

You have an irrational fear of enclosed spaces and are constantly sizing up your surroundings.  You gain 3 to your perception score.

After being in a normal confined space (such as a house or large cave) for longer than 1 hour, you must make a wisdom saving throw of 11.  If passed, you will not need to make another save for the remainder your stay in the space and you gain advantage on perception checks during that time as well.  If failed, you suffer disadvantage to all your skill checks until you go to a spacious area and remain there for the next 10 minutes.

After entering a very small confined space (such as a tight tunnel or closet), immediately make a wisdom saving throw of 15.  If passed, you will not need to make another save for the next 2 hours so long as you remain in the space.  If failed, you suffer disadvantage to all your skill checks and saving throws for the next hour.  You may leave and enter the space again or remain there for the two hours or longer, but if you do then the disadvantage effects last until your next short rest.
