Human Metamorphosis

You can reshape your plasmid form into a humanoid of your choice after a long rest. While in this form, you gain the physical traits and proficiency in one skill of the chosen humanoid. You can maintain this form indefinitely and revert as a bonus action. Once chosen, you cannot change forms until after a long rest.
