Prerequisite: proficiency with shields and heavy armour, 10th level

You've grown accustom to taking hits for others. You gain the following benefits while you are wielding a shield and heavy armour:

• Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• As an action, you can increase your AC by 4 until your next turn. However, you can only move up to 10 feet when using it. This has to be done at the start of your turn, otherwise it does nothing.
• You have advantage on being grappled.
