Close-Range caster

When you cast an attacking spell and the target is within 5 foot range of you, you can apply one off the following effects.

• Cast the spell one slot above the normal spell. (Lv1 spells on Lv2 but only use a lv 1  slot)
• The enemy has disadvantage on their saving throw.
• if the enemy fails a strength saving throw he is knocked prone.
