Taking this Feat requires a Constitution score of 14 or above. 

Upon taking this Feat, your health increases to max for your classes hit die per level, plus your Constitution modifier. (example: A level 5 Barbarian would have a max of 5d12 equaling 60 Hit Points, plus their Con modifier.)

This affects all levels taken, including levels taken before taking this Feat.
