You must be a monk to use this feat
This feat allows you to bend the water around you within 15ft there must be at least 4 pints of water around you to use any of your water-bending ability
you can control the water and make attacks with your water-bending ability as you train your ability will prove to the point of being able to use the water in the atmosphere to perform your attacks
At level 1 your water-bending is not great and you can only make a sphere of water
At level 3 you can control the water into a whip which you can attack 1 creature within 15ft you must roll an Attack: [roll]1d20[/roll] Damage: [roll](if([roll:-1:critical], =0, 1d6, 2{1d6}.expand()))+2[/roll] as you use this you leave a 5ft wide 15ft long band of water on the ground
at level 5 you can spend one of your ki points as a bonus action to freeze the band of water that your water whip makes turning the 5ft by 15ft into difficult terrain
at level 10 you can spend a ki point as a bonus action, you can make a 5ft cube of ice and use one attack to launch an ice disk from the pillar 30ft Attack: [roll]1d20+2[/roll] Damage: [roll](if([roll:-1:critical], =0, 2d8, 2{2d8}.expand()))+2[/roll] when behind the ice cube you get half cover
you can also fill your water skin up via the moisture in the atmosphere as a bonus action
this decreases the amount of water to 1 pint needed to be able to water-bend
at level 15 you can spend 2 ki points to launch 5 disks at five creatures you must make an attack roll for each disk on a successful hit the disk deals [roll]3d8+3[/roll]
at level 20 you can spend 5 ki points to use any water or ice created to cause ice flowerers to blossom bloom and wither within a 30ft circle centre on you. any creature in this area must make a Dexterity saving throw DC 25 on a fail the creature is encapsulated/incapacitated the creature can make a saving throw at the end of its turn to break out of the flower bloom
spawning more ice blossoms that take 3 turns to bloom and 3 more to blossom or 3 ki points with each extra blossom the radius increases by 10ft
