Dual Wield Master

You have mastered dual wielding you can dual wield any weapon. If dual wielding a two hand or a heavy weapon u take a - 2 to hit and lose your proficiency mod.  Your crit range is now 18 this doesn't stack with other feats that improve crit range. Additional You must have one of these prerequisite feats  two weapon fighting or Dual wielder in order to take this feat.
