Curse of Lycanthropy (Base)

You are cursed with lycanthropy. Monstrous blood courses through your veins with a ferocity that waxes and wanes with the lunar cycle, granting you the following traits: 

• You have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from nonmagical attacks that aren’t silvered.
• A non-lycanthrope humanoid hit by your natural weapon attacks must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier) or be cursed. A creature must make this save whether or not the attack deals damage unless the target is immune to the damage.
• A remove curse spell can rid an afflicted lycanthrope of the curse, provided the spell is cast before the next full moon, but a natural born lycanthrope can be freed of the curse only with a wish.
• When the full moon rises, your curse overwhelms your soul and forces you into your hybrid form. Until the moon wanes at dawn, you lose the ability to distinguish friend from foe, regarding all creatures you can see as enemies until the transformation ends. You are unaware of what you do while afflicted this way when you return to your true form.
