Prerequisite: War Caster

You have specialized in casting spells in the chaos of combat, learning techniques that grant you the following benefits:

• You may add your spell casting modifier to your initiative roll.

• The following do not impose disadvantage on your range attack rolls
  • Being within 5 feet of a hostile creature
  • Prone creatures 

• When a hostile creature's movement provokes an opportunity attack from you, your reaction to cast a spell at the creature is limited to one action; the spell may affect more than one creature.
