Close Quarters Casting

You have trained extensively to cast spells effectively in close combat, mastering techniques that allow you to maintain focus and precision even when enemies press close.

• Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You can cast ranged spells with a range greater than touch while within 5 feet of a hostile creature without suffering disadvantage on the spell attack rolls.
• Once per turn, when you cast a spell that targets an enemy within 5 feet of you, the force of the spell's impact blasts the creature away from you. The targeted creature is pushed 5 feet away from you provided the creature is no more than one size larger than you.
• When an enemy provokes an opportunity attack from you, you can choose to cast a spell with a casting time of 1 action that targets only that creature.
