Apostle of Poseidon

Upon choosing this feat, you become the Apostle of Poseidon, granting you many water based abilities. You become more agile in water, swimming at twice the speed you previously could swim. You can also temporarily breath underwater via air bubble, which lasts for 1 minute underwater (6 turns). You also get the blessing of Poseidon, granting a passive 2 more intelligence and allowing the user to cast Rift of Poseidon, an attack which can freeze enemies using chain whips conjured from water.
