True Strike (Balanced aimbot)

Years of martial prowess made you able to predict your enemy's movement. As long as you dont have disadvantage on your attack roll, your attack always hits the target. You dont need to roll for an attack to hit, but cannot land a critical strike.

Optional: you can tie this feat to champion's second crit uprade to eliminate the chance of casters multiclassing into a champion.
