Whispering Shadow

Prerequisite: Dexterity 13 or higher

You have honed your natural affinity for stealth and magic, blending the swiftness of the shadows with arcane prowess. You gain the following benefits:

1. Swift Stride: Your base walking speed increases by 10 feet.

2. Shadowed Magic: You gain proficiency in the Stealth skill if you don't already have it. Additionally, when you cast a spell that requires you to make a Dexterity (Stealth) check the check is (17 Dexterity) as part of the spell's effect (such as casting invisibility or pass without trace), you can add your Dexterity modifier to the roll in addition to your proficiency bonus.

3. Shadow Step: Once per short rest, you can use a bonus action to magically teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see that is dimly or heavily obscured, as if you were stepping through the shadows themselves.

This feat combines the agility and speed of a rogue with a touch of mysterious magic, allowing you to move swiftly and strike from the shadows with enhanced stealth and spellcasting abilities.
