You are comfortable with shaping oneself into other animals. You may now Wild Shape 1 CR higher than what your level normally allows, your Wild Shape lasts for double the duration, and outside of combat you may freely Wild Shape into any CR 0 animal without spending a Wild Shape slot. At 20th Level, you may Wild Shape into any creature up to CR 10 regardless of level restrictions.
