- If you make a weapon attack, you can add +2 to the attack roll. If the attack hits, it deals an additional 1d8 necrotic damage to the target.
- If you cast a spell that requires an attack roll, you can add +2 to one attack roll for that spell. If the spell hits, it deals an additional 1d8 damage (of the spell’s damage type) to the target.
- If you cast a spell that forces a creature to make a saving throw, you can substract 2 on the first saving throw made against the spell.
