Arcanic Expert

You gain ADV on all Arcana ability checks and once per day you can choose to succeed on an ability check regardless. You gain an intuitive knowledge of the magical world around you and you manage to learn how to harness it even more. This leads you to being able to cast more spells. You now have the ability to cast a 3rd or lower level spell slot once per day without using a spell slot.
