You have grown accustomed to the absolute authority of the Azorius Senate, and the ability to wield it was a weapon. 

You gain the ability to cast spells with the timing restriction of reaction as a bonus action, spells with the timing restriction of bonus action as an action, and spells with the timing restriction of action as an Addendum.

Spells cast as an Addendum consume your action, bonus action, any reaction until your next turn, and your movement for the turn. Spells cast as an Addendum have their effects doubled and any die rolled will automatically give max result. You can cast a number of Addendum spells equal to 1/2 of your proficiency bonus, rounded up, and all expended uses are restored when you finish a long rest.
