Starting at first level in each encounter roll a concentration check on a successful roll DC 15 you transform in a Dragon (look to the monster Manuel for dragon stat block)
From the levels of 1-5 you transform into a wymling
6-12 young dragon
13-19 Adult Dragon
20 Ancient dragon
If you fail the roll you may attempt it again on your next turn this counts as an action
