Convoke (Selesnya Conclave)

You have found strength in the numbers of the Conclave. You each help each other in more ways than you previously thought possible.

For each friendly creature within 5 ft of you, when you cast a spell, the spell slot required is reduced by 1. 

For example: If you have 2 friendly creatures within 5 ft. of you when casting a 3rd level spell, it will consume a 1st level spell slot.
