Detain (Azorius Senate)

You have found your calling in the enforcement arm of the Azorius Senate, using your skills to detain those who would violate the codes and statutes of Ravnica. 

You gain the ability to use an action to Detain another creature until the start of your next turn or for 1 minute. When a creature is detained, they gain the Stunned condition. 

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, with expended uses being restored when you finish a long rest. You can have multiple creatures detained simultaneously.
