Forecast (Azorius Senate)

"All clouds should be so organized." - Isperia

You have become so attuned with the laws, bylaws, and edicts of the Senate that you can Forecast your will onto those around you.

Once per short rest, you can use your reaction to another creature talking and issue a Forecasted edict. Doing so will result in, on your next turn only, you having advantage on every die roll while imposing disadvantage on all die rolls by all enemies that can hear you.
