You have trained vigorously, concentrating on spells in combat. While concentrating on one spell, you gain advantage on maintaining your concentration for one spell. Your training has taught you how to concentrate on more than one spell at a time and you are able to concentrate on up to three spells at once. While concentrating on more than two spells at a time you gain disadvantage on constitution saving throws made to maintain concentration on all spells.
Your constitution store increases by one.
