Impulsivity

Prerequisites: Wisdom 12 or lower, Chaotic Personality

You are a person with an urge to do things on a whim without considering the usefulness of the action:

• Add +1 to Dexterity
• When you advance towards a target using all of your movement speed, the target will be frightened on their turn.
  • The target can not be frightened by you in the same way, for they know your antics.
• If you make two ability checks in a row and you are not proficient in the second ability, you get to add your proficiency modifier to the second check.
  • I give your DM and PCs free will to decide what is considered "in a row".
• You have disadvantage to persuasion and the proceeding benefit does not apply, because you say what you want when you want.
