Perseverance and peace in face of violence and anguish, you have fostered the cold within yourself to forge a path of your own. A path where perpetual peace trumps over unnecessary enduring violence. Quickly freezing over anyone that dares to threaten said peace, your blizzard grew in strength to match your accumulated power and serves to protect what you hold dear.
When a hostile creature starts its turn within your blizzard (Channel Divinity or Spell), you gain a Glacial Charge. You can have a number of Glacial Charges up to half your wisdom modifier rounded down + proficiency bonus, which start at 0 at the beginning of initiative and are lost at the end of it.
The following abilities will be active based on the current number of charges accumulated:
4 Charges: Creatures you designate as enemies lose their immunity to your cold damage and are resistant instead, they cannot lose their resistance to it however. If they absorb cold damage, they are only considered immune instead.
6 Charges: While within the area of your Blizzard, whenever you would deal cold damage to an ally, they instead heal an amount of Hit Points equal to half the damage which would have been dealt.
8 Charges: Any amount of Hit Points healed past the allies maximum is instead converted into Temporary Hit Points.
10 Charges: As a reaction and at a cost of 4 Glacial Charges, you can decide to stabilize and preserve an allied creature that reaches 0 Hit Points within your blizzard, rendering them incapacitated and immune to all damage but fire, which they are now vulnerable to until the start of your next turn.
Alternatively, whenever a creature would begin its turn inside your blizzard, you may expend 4 Glacial Charges to purge 2 effects or conditions off of them.
