A blessing given to you by Parad - The Traveler of Timelines, allowing you to make momentary Rifts in the Timeline. You gain an amount of Rift Point equal to your Proficiency Bonus and they may be used for the following:
- You can spend one Rift Point to you use your reaction to reverse the effects of a creatures saving throw or attack, forcing them to reroll it.
- You can spend one Rift Point to speed up an ally within 30 ft. of you or yourself, doubling your speed for the round. You can choose to do this during your turn or during an allies. During your turn this takes a bonus action and during an allies it costs your reaction.
- You can spend one Rift Point as a reaction during an enemies turn as they are moving but before they attack to slow down an enemy within 30 ft. of you, halving their speed for the round.
- You can spend one Rift Point to make yourself or any ally to reroll their initiative roll at the start of combat.
- You can spend two Rift Points as a reaction to you or an ally within 30 ft. failing a saving throw allowing them to reroll the saving throw.
- You can spend two Rift Points as a reaction to an enemy within 30 ft. of you succeeding a saving throw, forcing them to reroll the saving throw.
- You can spend three Rift Points as an action to touch an enemy within 5 ft. of you, pausing them in time for two rounds. During this time they are unable to take their turns, be damaged, be moved, or suffer any effects from any spell or attack. They still occupy the space they were in. After two rounds this effect ends.
- You can spend four Rift Points to make everyone reroll their initiative rolls at the start of combat.
- You regain all spend Rift Points at the end of a Long Rest.
