Presidential Resilience: Just like old Abe, you can take a hit and keep on rolling. When you take damage while wearing a tophat, or any antique like hat. (That must be of your own, otherwise discuss with  your DM) you can use your reaction to reduce the damage by an amount equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1). However if the damage delt from the opposing attacker is physhic, they gain disadvantage on the attack  or spell role. (Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.)
