You don’t let attacks on you slide lightly. Whether by anger, hurt pride, or a primal sense of retaliation, you find yourself compelled to strike back at creatures who strike you.
When in combat, the first time you take damage, the creature that dealt the damage to you becomes your Obsession. You suffer disadvantage on all attack rolls you make against creatures that are not your Obsession. You are unable to willingly deal nonlethal damage to your Obsession. This effect can only occur once per fight and it ends when your Obsession is killed (if the creature is knocked unconscious due to being lowered to 0hp, this effect does not end. You must kill your Obsession to end the effect.)
