Evaluation Expertise

A gift from the God of Knowledge. The user gains the ability to automatically appraise a create, locating its weaknesses and showing it's character sheet. This means that whenever you hit an enemy that has been appraise, your hit will always crit. If you roll a critical hit (20) on a appraised enemy, it instead does 3 times damage. This only applies to both melee and ranged attacks. However, the enemy cannot exceed 3 levels higher than you to be auto-appraised; the enemy must be appraised before the critical hit passive applies.
