Due to their natural tendency for leading their goblinoid brethren, hobgoblins do well in bolstering their relationships with them.

Goblinoid Leader: Hobgoblins gain inspiration dice equal to 1d4 when completing a Charisma check against another goblinoid. The die increases to 1d6 at level 4 and 2d4 at level 7.
