Spiritbending
You can tap into your spirit and the spirits around you. You gain a +1 to your Wisdom score.
+5 Bending Slots
You also have three new abilities to use your Bending Slots on:
- Astral State) When you spend 10 or more minutes meditating you can expend 5 Bending Slots to project your spirit from your body. When in this state your body is unconscious and Incapacitated, and your astral form can move freely, your astral form cannot perform any actions, and can move through walls and objects freely, your astral form is only visible to True Sight and to others who are in the Ethereal Plane.
- Mind Sense) As a Bonus Action, you can expend 3 Bending Slots to read the mind of a target of your choice until the end of your turn, they do not know you attempted this and cannot communicate back.
- Spirit Guardians) As an Action, you can expend 5 Bending Slots to cast the Spirit Guardians spell at 3rd level Save DC 13, without using any spell slots.
