You are able to lead your allies effectively in more subtle situations.

When a creature that has temporary hit points from your Battlefield Leader Aspect makes a Stealth check, they can roll your Mastery dice and add the result to their check. Additionally, those creatures and you can communicate nonverbally while within 30ft of each other, either through body language, whistles, or other methods. A creature only gains these effects as long as they have temporary hit points from your Battlefield Leader feat.
