Your relationship with Lady Luck is... complicated. Under most circumstances, you have an unnatural attraction for misfortune, yet when the stakes are at their most dire, you have all the luck in the world.
Whenever you make an attack, ability check, or saving throw, treat a d20 roll of a 2 as if you rolled a 1.
If a d20 roll of a 2 or a 1 causes you to miss an attack or to fail an ability check or saving throw, you gain a luck point.
Whenever you make an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw, you can spend one luck point to roll an additional d20. You can choose to spend one of your luck points after you roll the die, but before the outcome is determined. You choose which of the d20s is used for the attack roll, ability check, or saving throw.
If more than one creature spends a luck point to influence the outcome of a roll, the points cancel each other out; no additional dice are rolled.
You may retain up to 1 luck points after a long rest. If you complete a long rest with more than 2 luck points, any additional luck points are lost.
