Prerequisite: Dhampir
There was an event in your life that changed you forever, turning you into a creature of the night. Whether it was birth, or some other tragedy, it has always hung over you. As it weighs on you your connection to your vampiric legacy deepens, granting you the following benefits:
- Your Creature type becomes Undead.
- Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Vampiric Vitality. Despite being a member of the living dead, the blood that flows through you allows you to benefit from several spells that preserve life
but that normally do not affect Undead: cure wounds, healing word, mass cure wounds, mass healing word, heal, and spare the dying. - Additionally, your Vampiric Bite now deals 1d6 damage, and when using it to heal you may add your Proficiency Bonus to the health regained.
- Shapechanger. As an action you can polymorph yourself into a bat, or back into your true form. Your statistics are the same in either form. Any equipment that you are wearing or carrying, beyond mundane clothing, does not transform and is left behind. If you die while shapechanged you revert to your true form.
- Misty Escape. You gain the ability to cast gaseous form on yourself without components or using a spell slot. While in this form your flying speed is now 20ft. Once you have cast gaseous form in this way, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest
