You also have two new abilities to use your Bending Slots on:
- Hold Body) As an Action you can trap an opponent's feet with rocks, dropping their movement speed to 0. The opponent is Restrained and can attempt to break free by spending an Action and succeeding a 8 + your Con modifier + your Proficiency Save DC.
- Erupt Earth) As an Action, you can expend 5 Bending Slots to cast the Erupt Earth spell at 3rd level Save DC 13, without using any spell slots.
