Seal of Reikala: You can take 1d12 necrotic damage to summon a familiar known as a "shadow hunter". It has 2d10 + 3 HP and you can command it once on your turn to make a scythe attack (modifier is +4). On a hit, it does 1d8+4 necrotic damage. You can have up to 2 shadow hunters at once.
Condeming: You can take damage equal to 1 roll of your hemiocraft die +4 to mark an enemy within 30ft. Your shadow hunter will attack that enemy until it drops to 0 HP, in which you gain health equal to 2 rolls of your hemiocraft die +4.
Theourgia's Hand: At the start of your turn, you can take damage equal to 2 rolls of your hemiocraft die +4 to summon theourgia's hand. It is a blade-like object that protrudes from your hand. The Modifier is Dexterity (or Strength) +proficency. On a succesful hit, deal 1d10 slashing damage + 1d6 necrotic damage.
