- You do not need to eat, sleep, drink, or breathe. You must still spend 8 hours doing light activity, such as keeping watch in order to gain the benefits of a long rest.
- You have advantage on saving throws against poison, and you have resistance against poison damage.
- Though your type is Humanoid, spells and effects which specifically affect undead affect you as well.
